And move the position of bite to the back and forth and left-right directions. Then the tip of the bite touches the material and cut it.<br \/>\nWe use regular lathes, NC lathes, and multifunction machines.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"col3\">\n<li>\n<img src=\"\/img\/tech02-01.jpg\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<img src=\"\/img\/tech02-02.jpg\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<img src=\"\/img\/tech02-03.jpg\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"title\">Milling<\/h4>\n<h5 class=\"subtitle\">A type of typical machine tool is mainly use for machining metal material works.<\/h5>\n<p>Milling machine is a machine tool that use for machining and metal processing, such as surface cutting and grooving.We use general-purpose milling machines, automatic double-head milling machines, vertical machining centers, and horizontal machining centers.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"col3\">\n<li>\n<img src=\"\/img\/tech02-04.jpg\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<img src=\"\/img\/tech02-05.jpg\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<img src=\"\/img\/tech02-06.jpg\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"title\">Screw processing<\/h4>\n<p>Depending on the shape of the screw part, there are triangular screws, square screws &amp; trapezoid screws.<br \/>\nIn most cases triangular screws are used as structural parts.Square screws and trapezoidal screws are used for accurate motion transmission etc., such as lathe feed etc.<br \/>\nIn addition, as a screw standard, There are Metric screw (symbol M), Parallel screw for pipes (symbol PF), Taper screw for pipes (symbol PT), Unified screw (symbol UNC, UNF) etc.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"title\">Grinding<\/h4>\n<h5 class=\"subtitle\">As a type of machining, a high-speed rotating grinding wheel (generally called a grindstone) use to remove &amp; cutting process of the work surface to obtain a smooth surface.<\/h5>\n<p>We use centerless grinding machines and cylindrical grinding machines.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"col3\">\n<li>\n<img src=\"\/img\/tech02-07.jpg\"><\/li>\n<li>\n<img src=\"\/img\/tech02-08.jpg\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"title\">Friction welding<\/h4>\n<h5 class=\"subtitle\">It is a welding method that use the frictional heat as a heat source generated by relative movement of metal materials while pressurizing them.<\/h5>\n<p>Unlike traditional welded joints, rotation and pressure is applied.
